State Licensed Design Project Manager

A company is looking for a Data Center Design Execution Project Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage the design process from planning to issuance of construction drawings Facilitate workshops and design reviews with internal and external stakeholders Track project deliverables, costs, schedules, and provide health reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred Minimum 3 years of design project management experience required 7+ years of experience in design and / or construction project management preferred Strong understanding of design principles and practices
