As a Senior Software Engineer focusing on AI / ML, you will have the opportunity to enhance and expand our web applications and data pipelines. Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement scalable, high-performance solutions.
Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and key stakeholders to craft and execute technical roadmaps using Agile methodologies.
Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing comprehensive pull request reviews and being open to constructive feedback on your contributions.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Over 6 years of experience in building full-stack web applications within a cross-functional team.

3+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages, managing large multi-table datasets.

3+ years as a trusted technical decision-maker, fostering both short-term and long-term business value.

3+ years mentoring fellow engineers to cultivate growth and skill development.

Your New Role Will Include :

Enhancing AI / ML infrastructure for model development, training, and deployment, focusing on large language models and generative AI architectures.

Crafting a multi-year strategic vision in key generative AI areas like text generation and image synthesis.

Designing systems to boost AI model capabilities, making complex datasets more user-friendly and actionable.

Implementing effective prompt engineering strategies for generative AI models.

Collaborating closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases.

Analyzing product usage data to inform decisions and project trends for generative AI applications.

Maintaining the protection of patient health information and compliance with relevant regulations in the AI context.

Contributing to the development of APIs and interfaces to integrate generative AI capabilities into existing healthcare systems and applications.
