Position Title : Customer Support Tech

Location : The role is available in either Allen, Texas, or Brookfield, Connecticut.

Shift : Monday to Friday, 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 30 PM plus shift differential

Position Summary : Photronics Inc. is looking for a Customer Support Tech who takes pride in producing work done right the first time, and who has the desire to learn and strive for success in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities :

  • Direct interface with both Internal / external customer base
  • Experience in the Semiconductor Sector a plus
  • Must be able to review, interpret, and discuss product orders with customers
  • Verifies product(s) meet site manufacturing requirements and capabilities. Checks and examines completed jobs for exactness, and conformance to customer specifications

Qualifications :

  • 0- 2 years of Customer service experience
  • Strong Microsoft Suite experience
  • Solid communication, technical writing, and organizational skills
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, possessing strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the Semiconductor Industry is preferable
