Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis Previous experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred Proven ability to summarize and communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis tools) Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial insights to operations and leadership teams Monday to Friday (standard business hours) Onsite Permanent / Direct Hire
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst, Sr. for an established company in Fountain Inn, SC. This is a full time, permanent position that is onsite.
Responsibilities :
- Lead financial planning activities, including monthly rolling forecasts, closings, variance analysis, annual budget, and standard cost processes across departments
- Monitor and analyze costs and performance, focusing on variances, cost reduction initiatives, break-even analysis, and product flow efficiency
- Track and evaluate inventory to ensure accurate valuation and compliance with financial standards
- Communicate financial results and trends to plant, division, and corporate leadership, providing insights on material, labor, and overhead cost trends
- Ensure compliance with financial policies while identifying profit opportunities and supporting strategic decision-making
