StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Day 8 Pay Rate : $1455.00 - $1575.00

This facility is seeking an Ophthalmology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday – Friday 8 : 00 am -5 : 00 pm
• Practice Setting : Retinal Ophthalmology Clinic & Surgery onsite
• Types of Cases : Mainly injections, scheduled surgeries and procedures
• Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : To be determined
• Certifications required : Board Certified, Retina Fellowship required
• Licensure Required : Pennsylvania State Medical License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact will be reviewed
