Your Role : Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic practices in accordance with established standards.
Assess patient needs, plan and implement care strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness.Include patients and families in care planning, fostering therapeutic relationships.Anticipate changes in patient condition and adjust care plans as necessary.Implement patient safety strategies and identify areas for improvement.Communicate effectively and lead the care team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals.Participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives.Licenses & Certifications : Registered Nurse license for the state of practice, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by AHA required.
Required Education : Completion of an accredited nursing program.
Experience : Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
