LifePro Recruitment is actively seeking ambitious and self-driven individuals for the role of Remote Account Executive . This is a 1099 commission-only opportunity perfect for professionals who want to control their income, enjoy schedule flexibility, and make a real impact helping families with life insurance solutions.

What You’ll Do :

Speak with warm, inbound leads (no cold calling)

Conduct virtual consultations to identify client needs

Present personalized life insurance options

Support clients through the application and enrollment process

Maintain detailed notes and follow-ups in our CRM

What We Provide :

Fully Remote – Work from home or anywhere in the U.S.

Inbound Leads – Clients actively seeking coverage

Proven Systems – Scripts, tools, and CRM provided

Ongoing Training & Mentorship – Learn from top performers

Flexible Schedule – Work full-time or part-time

Uncapped Commissions – Your income reflects your effort

What You Bring :

Background in sales, customer service, or account management is helpful

Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain – we’ll help)

Excellent communication and listening skills

Self-motivated and goal-driven

Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment

Compensation :

100% commission-based (1099 role)

Average earnings : $5,000–$10,000 / month

Top performers earn $15,000+ per month
