About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Business Development to spearhead global growth initiatives in the advanced therapeutics sector, particularly in the cell and gene therapy space. This senior leadership role demands a strategic and scientifically fluent executive with a proven track record in business development or commercial leadership within the biotech and life sciences industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a cross-functional commercial team, managing the full sales pipeline, and overseeing strategic initiatives in marketing, pricing, and customer retention. Collaboration with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure aligned proposals is also a key aspect of the position. The role offers the opportunity to represent the company at global conferences and industry events, and requires a deep knowledge of cell and gene therapy workflows, as well as the ability to close complex, high-value deals.

Applicants for the Head of Business Development position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences or business, and have at least 10-15 years' experience in the field.
