Job Description

Manage all phases of the $55M healthcare construction project, from planning to completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficiency. Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. Identify and resolve project risks and challenges proactively. Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal building regulations. Foster strong relationships with all project team members to ensure smooth communication.
