The responsibilities include but not limited to drafting motions, responses, discovery answers, meet with clients, attend hearings, depositions, argue motions, motion for summary judgment responses, research and legal writing, summarizing evidence and assisting for trial. Our firm has grown in the last years and litigation is our main area of practice.
