- 3 day workweek - two 8-hour clinic days and on 24-hour call / inpatient day
- Established team of 14 OBs and 10 midwives
- Onsite subspecialty support : MFMs, urogyn, adolescent gyn, gynonc, minimally invasive gyn surgery, certified nurse midwives
