Project Coordinator
Hybrid : - days a week in office, remainder of each week working remotely from home
Support assigned projects : correspondence, various administration tasks, tracking project deliverables, dates and monitoring deadlines; provide regular and timely reports highlighting variances as they arise.
Essential Job Functions
- Update necessary tracking system(s) to ensure that project and / or program status is maintained with complete accuracy, including third party management systems
- Create and distribute correspondence relevant to the team, project or program (internal and external)
- Assist with administrative preparation for various meetings
- Communicate all issues to management prior to reaching critical status
- Develop and maintain accurate and complete files for projects and programs; continue to monitor for integrity and completeness
- Provide ad hoc reports
- Provide additional administrative support and Office Management functions, as needed
- Issue vendor POs
Education / Certifications
High school diploma or equivalentAssociate's degree or equivalent work experience preferredExperience / Minimum Requirements
Five () to seven () years of project coordination and / or administration experience, telecom or IT experience preferredOther Skills / Abilities
Microsoft Office Suite : MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel (advanced), MS Teams, MS PowerPoint, MS ProjectExcellent organizational / administrative skillsExperience with a variety of tracking and project management software toolsAbility to thrive in a dynamic problem solving environmentAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills with a customer service first attitude
