This candidate is skilled in leading cases and has strong litigation experience and excellent client-relations skills. This individual will serve as both a strong advocate and a trusted advisor, committed to client success and teamwork within a dynamic legal environment.
- Position Summary :
We are seeking a North Carolina-licensed attorney with 5+ years of family law and domestic violence experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong courtroom presence and a passion for helping individuals face tough challenges within their family dynamics. This position primarily involves handling family law and domestic violence matters.
- What We’re Looking For :
- J.D. and NC State Bar
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law and domestic violence
- Demonstrated experience practicing in Wake County and surrounding jurisdictions, with familiarity with local court procedures and judges.
- Strong advocacy and courtroom skills, with the ability to manage hearings, mediations, and trials independently.
- Ability to independently handle family law and domestic violence cases
- Supervise and mentor associate attorneys.
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, settlements, and agreements.
- Conduct client consultations and provide strategic legal advice.
- Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities, with a compassionate and professional demeanor. xuwmhxw
- Commitment to client-centered representation and ethical practice
- Proficient with CRMs, case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
