About the Role
The Vice President of Operations & Performance will be responsible for leading the organization's operational strategy and execution, ensuring that day-to-day processes across production, supply-chain, service delivery, and logistics are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business-growth objectives. This role involves identifying and implementing process improvements and automation technologies, driving service-excellence and average-order-accuracy targets, partnering with senior leadership to establish operational plans and milestones, and monitoring key performance metrics to optimize cost, quality and customer satisfaction. The VP of Operations will also manage and mentor a team of department heads, foster a high-performance culture of continuous improvement, and ensure alignment of operations with corporate strategy. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain, or a related field (an advanced degree preferred) and have substantial senior-leadership experience. You should also have at least 8-10 years' experience in operations management with several years in a strategic role. Proven experience implementing process automation (such as RPA), scaling operational capabilities, optimizing fulfillment and logistics processes, and leading teams through growth and change is essential. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, excellent communication and leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering operational efficiencies in a high-growth or complex environment are required.
