FASTSIGNS of Fullerton & Brea is looking for a sharp, observant, and proactive Sales Assistant to become the right hand to our Sales Lead in a fast-paced, creative environment. If you’re the type of person who notices what’s needed before being asked — and enjoys being part of a fun, driven team — this is for you. What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers
• Respond to client emails quickly and professionally
• Build and send out estimates using HubSpot and internal tools
• Manage the Sales Lead’s email, schedule, and task flow
• Assist with customer pickups and general front-office support
• Help coordinate projects and timelines with other team members
• Handle day-to-day tasks independently after receiving direction

Ideal Background

• Recent grads or career switchers welcome
• Experience in events, construction, customer service, or creative production a plus
• Exposure to signage, design, or print industries is a bonus — not required
