Job description

Welcome to Our Team!

We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board-Certified Primary Care physician to join our outpatient team in Fairfield County. If you are looking for a fulfilling opportunity with a supportive community, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-quality primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education

Qualifications :

  • Board Eligible or Board-Certified in Primary Care
  • Valid medical license in the state of Connecticut
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
