Are you ready to lead high-end residential and commercial projects in the Greater Vail, CO area.  We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a long-term, 5-year development project involving custom homes and commercial multifamily construction .

What You’ll Do :

Oversee ground-up construction of custom homes and commercial multifamily developments

Lead project teams through preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, and execution

Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subs to ensure quality and timeliness

Manage cost control, reporting, and on-site problem solving

Step into a Senior PM role after the first year, based on performance

✅ What You Bring :

8+ years of construction project management experience

Strong background in high-end residential and / or commercial multifamily projects

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced mountain town environment

What We Offer :

Base Salary : $100K–$150K

Profit Sharing Opportunity
