What Youll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by site. Monitor for suspicious activity and / or potential hazards during patrols to help to deter unwanted incidents. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while performing security-related duties. Document and report all incidents, observations, and / or irregularities according to Allied Universal protocols. Minimum Requirements : Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
