Technical Trainee

Job Summary :

Responsible for the complete productivity and quality of their assigned work area ensuring that all required procedures, production goals, and quality standards are met.

Knowledge | Experience | Skills :

High school diploma or GED. Minimum one year experience in Injection Molding. General knowledge of

Injection Molding and manufacturing operations. Good communication and Interpersonal Skills. Basic

Computer experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Restart molding machines and automation
• Perform minor trouble-shooting
• Assist in IMM / automation and mold preventative maintenance
• Perform visual quality checks
• Ensure communication logs are maintained and all required information is documented
• Complete work orders as required
• Ensure housekeeping is met according to Pride and GMP standards
• Follow all safety guidelines.
• Complete all scheduled / required training.
• Make sure all safety standards are met and followed
