Job description

Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) looking for a fulfilling career in home health? Haven Home Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated OT to join our expanding team in the Seattle area. If you are passionate about helping patients regain independence in the comfort of their own homes, we want to hear from you!

Position Details :

  • Full-Time with flexible Monday-Friday scheduling
  • Provide in-home therapy to patients, creating individualized treatment plans to improve daily living skills and functional independence
  • Service Areas : Federal Way, Auburn, Kent, Covington, Des Moines, Enumclaw, and partial coverage of Normandy Park

    • Responsibilities :

  • Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Evaluate and reassess patient progress, modifying therapy plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve function and independence

    • Qualifications :

  • Current OT license in the state of Washington (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Home health experience preferred; we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
