• Role : Primary Care Physician (18 )
• Location : Enfield, CT
• Setting : 100%, office-based, outpatient Primary Care
• Schedule : Full-time, weekdays only
• Teaching : Optional with faculty appointment
• Phone Call Only : averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
