Job descriptionGuiding clients toward their treatment goals. Delivering therapy sessions aimed at prevention and recovery. Creating and reviewing detailed treatment plans. Working closely with other providers to ensure comprehensive care. Maintaining proper documentation and managing a full caseload. Master’s or doctorate in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Counseling. Active Arizona licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. Expertise in solution-focused therapy techniques. A commitment to teamwork and personal growth. Full medical, dental, and vision insurance. Coverage for malpractice, life, and disability. Arizona-Based Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

- Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
- Pay : $100,000 - $110,000 annually, with a competitive benefits package.
