We’re looking for an experienced RN who is passionate about wound and continence care and thrives in a collaborative hospital environment. Responsibilities Provide expert wound, ostomy, and continence care to hospitalized patients. Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and staff on wound prevention and management. Float between Riverside and Moreno Valley hospitals as needed.
