Outpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist

Location : Glastonbury, CT

Schedule : Full-Time (40 hours / week)

Shift : Monday-Friday Days with 2 evening shifts until 7pm every week

Our Glastonbury outpatient clinic is currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about providing excellent patient care. We partner with local high schools and athletes through our Sports Medicine Program and work collaboratively with athletic trainers and physicians to offer seamless care. Our clinic specializes in treating a variety of conditions including headache disorders , vestibular dysfunction , and neuromusculoskeletal issues . We also have programs like Safe Steps and Total Joint Rehab in conjunction with the Bone & Joint Institute. Both new graduates and experienced clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply, as our diverse team ensures broad exposure to various diagnoses and growth opportunities in the outpatient setting.

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will :

• Evaluate and treat patients focusing on outpatient orthopedics , sports medicine , vestibular rehabilitation , and headache management .
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including orthopedic surgeons, pelvic health specialists, and primary care providers.
• Provide evidence-based, individualized care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
• Assist patients in achieving their functional goals and returning to their favorite activities.
