We are seeking a Front of House Manager for our busy Lebanese shawarma restaurant. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, friendly, and experienced in customer service. You will lead the front-of-house team and ensure every guest has an excellent experience.
Arabic language skills are required, as many of our customers speak Arabic.
Greet and interact with customers warmly and professionally
Manage front staff (cashiers, servers, runners) and ensure smooth daily operations
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly and respectfully
Monitor cleanliness and appearance of the front area
Organize shifts and staff schedules
Train new team members on service standards and menu items
Handle cash register and daily sales reporting
Ensure excellent service during busy hours, especially at night
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Friendly and confident with guests
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Comfortable working late nights and weekends
Basic knowledge of Lebanese cuisine is a plus
