CPA Tax Manager

A company is looking for a Tax Manager. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review corporate income tax returns and related forms Consult with clients on tax questions and assist with M&A transactions Manage and coach team members, setting clear expectations and fostering relationships Required Qualifications 5+ years of corporate income tax experience 2+ years in multi-client public accounting Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Tax Licensed CPA required Strong knowledge of federal / multi-state corporation income tax returns
