Job Title : Controls Technician / Electrician

We have grown into one of the largest mechanical contractors in NJ servicing large commercial and industrial buildings consisting of chiller plants, built-up penthouses and large HVAC equipment. Minimum Requirements

Experienced controls technician with a minimum of 5 years experience with a strong background in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining building automation control systems and devices. Applicant must be able to follow wiring diagrams and engineering specifications to install and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities :

• Low voltage wiring, installation, termination of building automation controllers and end-devices.
• Testing, commissioning and calibration of sensors, valves, dampers, etc.
• Troubleshooting and programming of VFD’s.
• Programming of application specific controls such as VAV boxes and fan coils.
• Installation of MSTP and IP networks.
• Be part of the on-call rotation
• Provide onsite installation and repair of controls systems
