A leading alternative investment management firm is seeking a Compliance Officer to join its Legal and Compliance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the ongoing development and execution of the firm's global compliance program.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer the firm's Code of Ethics
- Conduct and enhance compliance testing procedures.
- Develop and deliver compliance trainings
- Prepare and support regulatory filings (Form ADV, Form PF, 13H, 13F)
- Maintain and update the firm's Compliance Manual
- Maintain the Compliance Calendar and oversee vendor due diligence processes
