We are looking for a licensed Mental Health Professional Counselor to deliver high-quality counseling services to our clients. This position allows for flexibility through a hybrid work model, combining remote work with on-site client sessions as needed. The ideal candidate will provide individual, family, and group therapy services while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic counseling to clients in various settings (in-person and virtual).
• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment.
• Collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.
