Salary : 33.00 per diem
We are looking for a licensed Mental Health Professional Counselor to deliver high-quality counseling services to our clients. This position allows for flexibility through a hybrid work model, combining remote work with on-site client sessions as needed. The ideal candidate will provide individual, family, and group therapy services while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic counseling to clients in various settings (in-person and virtual).
- Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment.
- Collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications :
Education : Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.Licensure : Must hold a current and unrestricted license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in NC.Experience : Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting.Skills : Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.Benefits :
