With individual project values reaching up to $150 million (total project values in the billions), we need experienced professionals who understand the complexities of this sector and can contribute to our growing portfolio.

Job Details :

We are seeking a Cost Estimator with extensive experience in civil infrastructure projects to support our growing pipeline of work. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cost estimation for large-scale process-driven projects , particularly in water treatment facilities, pump stations and water distribution.

Responsibilities :

Estimate Development - Prepare accurate ground-up estimates , concept estimates , and review contractor proposals

Cost Benchmarking - Analyze market trends, material costs, and historical data to drive competitive project pricing

Industry Leadership - Develop cost standards, best practices, and benchmarks to support company growth

Team Leadership - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior estimators and support resource planning

Client & Contractor Collaboration - Present cost estimates, negotiate with contractors, and communicate effectively with clients

Market Analysis - Stay ahead of cost drivers, market conditions, and construction trends
