As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through visible presence and regular patrols. You will interact with the public, assist with access control, and provide exceptional customer service while addressing any security-related needs. What Youll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail or mall environment and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible security-related presence.

Monitor access points and report any unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with crowd management and help to deter disorderly conduct within the retail location.

Work closely with Allied Universal and client staff to address security-related concerns and provide support during incidents.

Document observations and incidents clearly and accurately according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.

Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
