Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,802 per week in Florence, SC

Job Title : Physical Therapist Assistant Profession : Therapy / Rehabilitation Specialty : Inpatient Rehab Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day Hours per Shift : 8 hours (08 : 00 - 16 : 30) Experience : Must have inpatient rehab experience in a hospital setting. New graduates with fieldwork experience in inpatient rehab will be considered. License : South Carolina PTA License required. Certifications : BLS certification required. Must-Have : Inpatient rehab experience in a hospital setting is required for consideration. Description : This position is for a Physical Therapist Assistant specializing in inpatient rehab. The shift schedule is five days a week, from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. Weekend coverage may be required, possibly one weekend per month. There is no on-call requirement for this position. Holidays are required. Candidates will not need to float between units or facilities. The facility has a staffed bed capacity of 28. Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, employees may be assigned to emergency response teams. Candidates must include any requested time off at the time of submission. Approval for time off will be based on facility needs. Candidates will be prioritized based on their licenses. Full compliance is needed before the proposed start date. All travelers must be comfortable working within the inpatient rehab unit. Fieldwork experience in an inpatient rehab setting is essential. Safe and effective patient care is the priority in this role.
