Process Improvement Specialist (Orlando)

Position : Process Improvement Specialist 2

Location : Orlando, FL

Duration : 6 Month C2H

Hybrid : 2-3 Days a week

Pay Rate : $38 / hr - $45 / hr

Hours : Monday Friday 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Must-Haves :

• 510+ years of experience in Process Improvement, preferably within healthcare or hospital systems
• Project Management System experience
• Lean Manufacturing / Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Bachelor's degree
• Proven ability to assess current operational processes and identify performance improvement (PI) opportunities.
• Strong consultative approach; able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Skilled in gathering and interpreting data from campus-level submissions and operational metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clinical leaders and cross-functional teams Integrity + Mission driven
• Ability to translate complex operational challenges into actionable improvement strategies.
• Proven experience leading process improvement projects, preferably in a complex organizational environment

Performance Improvement leaders for East Fl division

Working with C-suites to provide PI plans + education

Helping to lead out projects + the coach for our C-suites

Ensure projects remain on track + accomplish KPIs

C Suites : Operational, Corporate, PMs, etc.

Involved in performance review committees collaborating to identify opportunities for growth
