We're seeking a Warehouse Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations and the daily shipping and distribution of all customer orders.

This role will manage both the Parts Delivery Driver and Warehouse teams to drive financial and operational success and identify opportunities to improve warehouse and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Warehouse & Delivery Operations Management : Actively manage daily warehouse and delivery performance, including receiving, material handling, assignment, and routing.
• Achieve financial objectives through budget management, variance analysis, and initiating appropriate corrective actions.
• Promptly address and resolve delivery issues such as missed, late, or incomplete deliveries.
• Ensure all parts deliveries are properly processed for payment.
• Reconcile delivery or payment discrepancies directly to prevent escalation.
• Update customer account details and delivery routes as needed to correct errors or improve efficiency.

Oversee inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage system.      Team Management :

Provide timely feedback to drivers and warehouse employees—both corrective (e.g., unsafe driving or working behavior, citations) and positive (e.g., customer praise, excellent performance).      Equipment Maintenance Oversight :

Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, and issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.      Team Collaboration & Warehouse Coordination :
