Compensation : $100,000 – $170,000 per year (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Provide drug information and clinical consultation to healthcare providers
• Monitor and evaluate patient medication therapies for optimal outcomes
