Pay Rate :  $20.50 $22.15 / hour

$1.00 / hour evening shift differential

$1.25 / hour weekend shift differential

Position Requirements

Current Med Tech Certification to administer medications in a Pennsylvania Personal Care Home is required.

High School Diploma and CPR certification

Previous experience in personal care or assisted living preferred, but were happy to train the right person with a compassionate heart and strong work ethic!

What Youll Do

Provide personal care to residents according to their individualized care plans (RASP).

Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, meals, ambulation, and morewith patience and respect.

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per physicians orders.

Help foster a warm, engaging, and clean environment for our residents.

Communicate changes in residents conditions promptly to nursing leadership.

Support dining service, activities, and resident engagement as needed.

Follow all Fairmount policies, safety guidelines, and infection control standards.

Serve as a positive ambassador of Fairmounts mission and values in all you do.
