About the role

The Housing Supervisor oversees technical operations, residents and staff within NSR"s Transitional Living Program. Housing Supervisors are responsible for maintaining the overall safety and security of the residents. They are responsible for providing management, training, and development to Housing Techs. Housing Supervisors are likewise responsible for ensuring that NSR"s housing locations are maintained to the highest standards, providing support to residents, and collaborating with various departments to ensure quality care and compliance with all oversight bodies.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding and Training :

• Review resumes, applications and identify interview candidates.
• Conduct interviews for open positions within the housing department.
• Provide on-shift training and shadowing to ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

The pay range for this role is :

47,500 - 50,350 USD per year(Tempe Clinic)
