Physician, Family Medicine - Gurnee, IL

Endeavor Health is currently seeking an exceptional Family Medicine physician for practice opportunity at our Gurnee (15 Tower Court) practice. The successful candidate for this position will have completed a Family Medicine residency and be board certified / eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Position Highlights :

• Hours : Full-time
• Pay Range : $222,369 (10th Percentile) - $356,709 (75th Percentile) - As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance.

Development of a clinical practice.

A minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month, which are a subset of the 34 bookable hours, to include morning / evening / weekend hours.

Participation in weekend and weekday call.

Teaching of the house staff and medical students as assigned.
