QA Analyst

Description

We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry. You will be responsible for implementing, developing, and / or defining standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality and release readiness. This will include developing testing programs, designing, and executing software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes prior to release. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and Mortgage Lending Industry knowledge. If you are passionate about quality, we'd like to meet you.

Key Focus : Manual Testing This role is primarily focused on manual testing. The successful candidate will be adept at thoroughly testing software through hands-on execution, observation, and analysis, without relying on automated scripts. Candidates with a primary background in QA automation will not be considered for this position.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Mortgage Lending Industry
• At least 1 year of experience in manual software testing
• Jira expertise
• Comfortable with Agile Project Management
• Understanding of SDLC
• Familiar with SQL
• BS / BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or a business related field preferred
• Experience in the Mortgage Lending sector required
