Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU position with night shifts and a current OK or compact license.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position is in a Cardiovascular ICU within a hospital setting
  • Patient population includes individuals with cardiovascular conditions requiring critical care
  • Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week
  • Assignment is for a 13-week contract
  • Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, IV regulation, and documentation of care
  • Collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
  • Engagement with patients and families to share care plans and hospital procedures

  • Active OK RN license or multistate compact RN license (eNLC) required
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience required
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from AHA required
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and nursing skills are required
  • Applicants must live at least 50 miles from the facility (no locals accepted)
