Requirement : 7+ years of omnichannel marketing with deep experience in media strategy, planning, and buying and cross channel tactical campaign management —preferably within an agency environment. Onsite role in Fort Worth, TX
The Director of Media will serve as the strategic and operational leader of omnichannel media function, responsible for driving innovation, excellence, and growth across all media channels, including digital and traditional. This individual will define and evolve our media vision, integrating people, platforms, and processes to deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.
The Director of Media will be accountable for elevating the agency's media services offering to match the growing complexity and expectations of our client base. They will shape the structure, workflows, and talent strategies to ensure our team delivers exceptional work that drives performance, profitability, and client satisfaction.
The Director of Media leads all facets of media offering— digital, paid, organic, traditional, strategy, execution, and performance analytics. You’ll lead and mentor a growing team, build and refine processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure we are leveraging tools and partners effectively.

You’ll be a strategic voice in that evolution, driving omnichannel thought leadership and operational execution hand-in-hand.
