Position : Intake Specialist

Location : Remote (Work from Home)

Starting Pay : $20 / hour + Bonuses + Commission Opportunities

Schedule : Full-time | 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break

Hours : 9 AM to 8 PM EST

Intake Specialists. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals whove experienced challenging events, like car accidents. Your job? To guide them toward the help they need starting with connecting them to the right legal support.

What Youll Do :

  • Reach Out with Purpose

Make outbound calls to individuals who have requested help. Your voice could be the first step toward their recovery.

  • Receive with empathy

    • Handle incoming calls from individuals seeking help. Listen closely, offer reassurance, and guide them toward the legal support they need.

  • Build Trust

    • Use strong communication skills and empathy to make people feel heard, understood, and confident in our ability to help.

  • Be the Connector

    • Introduce callers to our network of expert attorneys and other services tailored to their needs.

  • Capture the Details

    • Accurately document information from each call to ensure seamless follow-up and support.

  • Work Toward Goals

    • Meet performance benchmarks while delivering a high standard of service.

  • Follow the Playbook

    • Use our proven scripts and processes to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Share Feedback

    • Help improve our services by passing along what you learn from real conversations.

    What Were Looking For :

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in legal services intake or legal-focused customer service. You should be familiar with basic law principles, comfortable speaking with clients about sensitive legal matters and understand the importance of accuracy, empathy, and confidentiality.
  • 2+ years of outbound call center experience. You know how to engage people over the phone, ask the right questions, and drive the conversation forward.
  • A friendly, compassionate, and confident voice with clear English (fluency required). Bilingual is a plus!
  • A quiet, distraction-free home workspace with reliable internet (minimum 40 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
  • Someone who can work independently, follow guidelines, and thrive in a remote environment.
