About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Creative Director (ECD) to lead its East Coast operations in the realm of experiential and brand design. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing creative leadership, quality control, and team development within a multidisciplinary creative department. This senior role is pivotal in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-caliber, brand-driven work, and will involve guiding the execution of large-scale brand activations, installations, and immersive experiences for a diverse range of lifestyle, sports, and direct-to-consumer brands. The ECD will also be responsible for managing a team of over 25 creatives, including 4 Creative Directors, and will work closely with a West Coast counterpart to maintain a cohesive and innovative creative approach.

Applicants for the ECD position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in creative leadership, with a strong background in brand concepting, design systems, and campaign execution. The role requires expertise in developing immersive experiences and consumer-facing installations, as well as a proven track record in managing large creative teams and multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of creative production and be proficient in a range of design programs and software. A visionary leader with an operational focus, cultural insight, and a people-first mindset, the ECD will be expected to balance bold creative ideas with practical execution and brand integrity, while also contributing to the overall growth strategy of the agency.
