Methodology Mastery : Learning and embodying AlterCall's coaching frameworks and integrating them seamlessly into your sessions. Revenue Impact : Driving direct business value through retention, referrals, and upsell opportunities with coached clients. Team Leverage : Supporting the CEO and executive team in group coaching environments, retreats, and internal team development efforts. Scalable Systems : Helping document and improve coaching SOPs, tools, and workflows for consistency and growth. Founder Credentials You've built and exited your own business, giving you firsthand understanding of the founder's journey and credibility with our clients. Executive Coaching Experience You've coached or advised founders, CEOs, or high-performing teams at startups or scaling companies. Operational Range You've been in the trenches of business growth, and you bring real-world expertise in strategy, sales, operations, or leadership. Conscious Leadership Lens You value personal growth as much as professional success and know how to lead with heart and soul. Facilitation Mastery You hold space with presence and can lead powerful 1 : 1 or group experiences that spark deep reflection and action. Client-Centric Mindset You're obsessed with value creation, trust-building, and long-term client transformation. Content Creation Ability You can codify your expertise into tools, frameworks, and exercises that scale. Startup Empathy You understand the emotional and tactical rollercoaster of early-stage business building and thrive in dynamic environments. You'll transform the lives and companies of world-changing entrepreneurs. You'll collaborate directly with Ryan Blair and a mission-driven executive team. You'll develop and refine a unique approach to human-centered business coaching. You'll be on the front lines of building a new leadership paradigm that blends spiritual growth with business excellence. Business Coach At AlterCall
As a Business Coach at AlterCall, your mission is to help founders, entrepreneurs, and executives unlock peak performance and build purpose-driven, scalable companies. You will work directly with our clients and internal leadership team to deliver transformational coaching experiences that integrate conscious leadership principles with proven business growth strategies. Your work will shape mindsets, align organizations, and drive real-world results.
You will :
- Coach clients through personal and professional development using a blend of business acumen, mindset reprogramming, and leadership frameworks.
- Facilitate 1 : 1 and group coaching sessions tailored to client needs and business stage.
- Diagnose business challenges and co-create actionable strategies around leadership, revenue growth, team dynamics, and operations.
- Develop custom coaching materials, exercises, and playbooks that can scale across our client base.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and accountability partner to entrepreneurs navigating complex business environments.
- Partner with the AlterCall executive team to evolve our coaching methodology and expand our impact.
- Support key internal initiatives, including leadership development, team alignment, and operational coaching.
