Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals improve mobility, manage pain, and achieve their highest level of functional independence. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to restore strength, balance, and mobility.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery techniques.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
Qualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy
Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth.
