Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Strategy Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Develop advanced dashboards and analytics tools to support revenue cycle strategy and performance
Partner with operational leaders to define KPIs and deliver insights that drive financial outcomes
Lead predictive modeling efforts for forecasting, reimbursement optimization, and payer analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in Health Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, finance, strategy, or performance improvement
Experience with predictive modeling, payer analytics, and enterprise BI platforms preferred
