Engineering Manager, Infrastructure

We're looking for a senior engineering leader for our Infrastructure team. In this role, you'll balance technical leadership and people management as you drive the development of impactful platform changes and foster a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture. You'll work closely with every engineering team to create a foundation for our upcoming products.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the portfolio of your team's work, appropriately managing everyone's time and assigning them to the highest priority work.
• Help your team make design and architectural decisions that impact the company.
• Guide product engineering teams in their use of our infrastructure.
• Own the wiring and the routing of our alerting systems, driving down noise in our company on call rotations.
