Job descriptionReceive & deliver on customer requests (Both phone & in person) Effectively understand customer requests Clearly communicate promise times Help manage the daily schedule Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease Answer customer questions about their service requests & needs Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction High school diploma or GED equivalent is required Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
