What Youll Do
- Audit our current digital presence and analyze the competitive landscape
- Develop a comprehensive digital and social media strategy that accounts for platform advertising restrictions (Meta / Google prohibit promotional fireworks ads)
- Identify optimal channel mix across Instagram TikTok SEO and emerging platforms
- Create a content strategy that drives engagement and store traffic while navigating regulatory constraints
- Build a measurable roadmap with KPIs tied to in-store sales and website engagement
- Recommend staffing and execution requirements for ongoing implementation
- Develop a data-driven business case with ROI projections for private equity stakeholders
- Provide actionable next steps for Q1-Q2 2025 leading into peak season
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
5 years of digital marketing strategy experience preferably with retail or seasonal brandsDeep expertise in digital (SEO / Google) and social media strategy (Instagram TikTok) and organic content approachesExperience working with regulated industries or navigating advertising restrictionsStrong analytical skills with ability to build ROI models and business casesUnderstanding of SEO and content marketing strategiesProven track record developing strategies that drive measurable business resultsAbility to work independently and translate strategy into actionable execution plansComfort presenting to senior leadership and private equity stakeholdersNice to Have
