Job descriptionRecruit, source, and successfully place Physicians, NPs, and PAs across multiple Bethany Medical locations. Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, outbound outreach, networking, and strategic sourcing. Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication throughout all stages of the hiring process. Work closely with organizational leadership to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities. Track and report weekly on recruitment metrics, candidate pipeline activity, and hiring progress. Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong professional relationships. Assist with onboarding and initial orientation for new provider hires. Minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants. Bachelor’s degree required. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding recruitment goals. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Experience working with ATS systems, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
